Over-the-counter skincare is too harsh
The truth is there are two possible reasons why over-the-counter skincare may worsen your skin conditions - under-dosed formulas and toxic ingredients. Over-the-counter skincare could have the same active ingredients as its counterpart but they just won’t contain nearly asmuch of those effective ingredients to make a difference.
The next time you’re even thinking of buying over-the-counter skincare don’t forget to pick it up and check the ingredients.
