International Shipping: As of April 2021, we have implemented a flat-rate of $9.99-$19.99 to ship all international orders. This enables us to cover a portion of the total cost of postage while still keeping shipping rates low for you. Bettr.co is more than happy to cover the difference above as a token of appreciation for all our international customers. As always, all orders above $100 qualify for Free Shipping. 

Customs & Import Fees: (If Applicable)

List of Countries guaranteed with ZERO Custom Duty Taxes are:  
- 27 EU Countries
- Thailand
- Singapore
- Hong Kong

Bettr covers customs duties and taxes for almost all countries customs, however, there will be certain countries (countries not listed above) that we cannot guarantee customs because they have specific import rules and potential fees that may be collected at your local post office.

On the bright side, even though your country is not listed in the above list, many times you will not have any customs fees or extra charges. 

Great News: Bettr Amazon USA is available for purchases in America.

Though we are tirelessly working on a solution, we aren't able to manage customs duty for every single country's local rules and regulations at this moment. Therefore, for full transparency, if there are any related customs fees & tax fees, customers are responsible for settling them in order for customs to release the shipment and have it delivered (if your country isn't in the customs already paid list above).

If you are unsure, we'd highly recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order, (if your country isn't in the customs already paid list above). 

Please note, if you choose to refuse or reject the goods due to customs & duties, the order will be marked as non-refundable since we are unable to return it in absence of a guarantee that they will safely reach our warehouses, and the items will sadly be subject to be destroyed.
